Warranty Policy
Manufactures, suppliers, or publishers, other than Swirise, may provide their own warranties to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that warranty period may vary according to local laws and regulations. Some countries, states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you. You may have other rights from state to state or by province or by country.
All Swirise products purchased on Swirise.com come with a limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out below.
BY USING Swirise PRODUCT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE Swirise LIMITED WARRANTY.
We provide a limited warranty for purchases on Swirise.com. The warranty period is measured starting on the date the original consumer purchaser received the products.
1.Product Free replacement for damage within 1 years.
2.If the parts need to be replaced after the warranty period, the inspection fee will be charged as appropriate.
3. During the warranty period, the following conditions will not be free of charge:
A. Failure to provide a warranty card or purchase proof (invoice or receipt).
B. Warranty period expired.
C. Damage caused by disassemble or modification.
D. Damage caused by mistake/negligence or improper.
E. Long-term storage in harsh environments.
F. Appearance is naturally stained by use.
